Capital Analysis Vice President

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and analyze quarterly capital ratios and credit and market RWA for the Bank Holding Company
• Support Basel regulatory reporting and capital calculations under U.S. regulatory requirements
• Participate in RWA transformation initiatives, including automation, testing, and system enhancements
• Partner with Technology on implementation and optimization of capital calculation processes
• Perform controls, validations, impact assessments, and exception reporting
• Audit regulatory rule changes and support implementation of new requirements and products
• Drive process improvements, governance enhancements, and automation opportunities

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, capital analytics, finance, accounting, or risk management
• Direct experience with Basel RWA calculations required
• Knowledge of Basel III, CCAR, SA-CCR, and bank capital regulations preferred
