About the role

As AI reshapes how organizations operate, compete, and create value, we are evolving our consulting model to be AI-enabled by design — augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation, and generative AI. Our Enterprise Transformation team is looking for consultants who are excited to work differently in an AI-first world: curious, adaptable, and ready to help clients reimagine how work gets done.

You'll join the Business Technology (BT) team, whose mission is to align directly with the CIO agenda and help organizations shape large-scale technology transformations. BT focuses on strategy-led work supporting clients as they make major enterprise technology investments and define multi-year transformation roadmaps. The work is centered on platform strategy, IT and AI operating models, and enterprise transformation—projects that are often board-facing, business-critical, and require strong integration between business strategy and technology decisions. BT is actively growing its capabilities in cloud strategy, AI architecture, and CIO advisory, with an emphasis on innovation, AI enablement, and modern operating models.

Your role

As a Management Consultant, you will work with senior executives to shape enterprise strategies and lead high‑impact transformation initiatives. The role blends structured problem‑solving, client leadership, and hands‑on delivery, with a growing focus on applying AI and data‑driven insights to improve business outcomes.

  • Lead end-to-end CIO advisory engagements (scope, plan, delivery, outcomes)
  • Own platform strategy and IT operating model design across complex environments
  • Run executive workshops and align business and technology leaders on tradeoffs
  • Drive portfolio-level transformation planning (dependencies, sequencing, value realization)
  • Support large pursuits through shaping, proposals, and executive storyline development
  • Mentor teams and build capability through structured coaching

Your skills + experience

You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI‑enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI‑augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI‑driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Required experience

  • 8–10+ years consulting or equivalent leadership in enterprise tech transformation
  • Depth in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, and operating model design
  • Strong executive presence and decision-driving facilitation skills
  • Proven collaborative selling capability and comfort supporting business development
  • Ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes under ambiguity and political complexity
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and pragmatic delivery orientation
