Capex Finance-Project Controls Analyst

Role Summary

We're looking for a Capex Finance-Project Controls Analyst to support capex controllership. This role handles the day-to-day tracking, reconciliation, and reporting that capex discipline depends on, serving as a bridge between Finance and construction operations.

What You Will Do

• Track cost-to-date (CTD) against approved project budgets and flag variances for review.
• Reconcile PO and PR activity against GL actuals on a recurring basis.
• Ensure PO/PR/CO submissions are complete, properly coded, and within approved budget.
• Support monthly capex reporting covering budget vs. commitments vs. actuals by project.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Project Controls, Construction Finance, Cost Accounting, or FP&AS
• Strong Excel skills, with comfort handling reconciliations and high-volume transaction data
• Able to collaborate effectively with both Finance and Construction/Operations stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working through ambiguity

Salary Range

$65,000 – $78,500
