About the Role

Direct an effective outreach ministry of Capernaum in South Hills of Pittsburgh. The responsibilities of the Capernaum Coordinator include the ability to function at various levels and with diverse groups of people.

Qualifications

• Vital, growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Desire and proven ability to work with a team
• College degree preferred
• Completed Core Training — Phase One
• Proven leadership skills
• Proven relational skills with both kids with disabilities and adults
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Working Conditions

Will include the extremes of a camp assignment, e.g., heat/cold, dirt, long hours and the physical demands of hiking, horseback riding, boating, etc. Staff person must be able to handle these conditions.
