Capacity Management Coordinator - Export Traffic Operations

Responsibilities

• Pursues full ships by maximizing utilization on each string of the network.
• Allows efficient cargo flow in all ports of load, avoiding operational disruptions.
• Optimizes cargo routing.
• Analyzes historical data and forecasts to maximize ships.
• Proactively foresees risks and opportunities and plans accordingly across the network.
• Proposes options and highlights challenges to offer contingency on network string.
• Strong focus on customers and service delivery.
• Reduces costs and waste by a systematic data-driven analytical approach.
• Works closely with all internal and external stakeholders (ports, partners) to manage the overall network string efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a similar role in supply chain, transportation, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, etc. (preferred).
• Experience working in an international environment, a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, good judgment, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with a professional attitude.
• Resilient and proactive attitude with a passion to succeed and learn.
• Dynamic and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to successfully develop and maintain positive client and vendor relationships.
