Capacity Management Coordinator - Export Traffic Operations

Responsibilities
- Pursues full ships by maximizing utilization on each string of the network.
- Allows efficient cargo flow in all ports of load, avoiding operational disruptions.
- Optimizes cargo routing.
- Analyzes historical data and forecasts to maximize ships.
- Proactively foresees risks and opportunities and plans accordingly across the network.
- Proposes options and highlights challenges to offer contingency on network string.
- Strong focus on customers and service delivery.
- Reduces costs and waste by a systematic data-driven analytical approach.
- Works closely with all internal and external stakeholders (ports, partners) to manage the overall network string efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a similar role in supply chain, transportation, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, etc. (preferred).
- Experience working in an international environment, a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, good judgment, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a professional attitude.
- Resilient and proactive attitude with a passion to succeed and learn.
- Dynamic and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to successfully develop and maintain positive client and vendor relationships.
