About the role

Storm Guard is a locally owned and nationally backed company committed to providing roofing and exterior restoration services. This role involves walking neighborhoods, talking to homeowners, and setting appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities

- Walk neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to Storm Guard's services. - Have real conversations with homeowners, no scripts, no pressure. - Generate leads and book appointments for the sales team. - Represent Storm Guard by sharing what we do through short, interactive presentations. - Build referral relationships by delivering a great experience at every door.

Requirements

- A personality that people enjoy talking to. - Thick skin; not every door will open, you don't take it personally and you keep moving. - Self-discipline; nobody's micromanaging you, you manage yourself. - Hunger; you want more and you're willing to work for it. - Coachability; you listen, you learn, you get better. - Availability; Monday to Friday, 12-8pm, Saturdays if weather affects the week.

Qualifications

- No degree or five years of experience required. - Energy, a good attitude, and the willingness to show up.
