Responsibilities
- Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional way
- Introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions
- Create interest and answer basic questions
- Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales representatives
- Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals
Requirements
- Comfortable starting conversations with new people
- Positive, energetic, and motivated by goals
- Reliable, coachable, and ready to learn
- Competitive in a healthy way and excited to earn bonuses
- Comfortable being active and working outdoors during the day
- Previous experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation is helpful, but not required
- Physical requirements: walking throughout neighborhoods for extended periods; working outdoors in varying weather conditions; standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday

Pay
$20/hour starting pay guaranteed; uncapped bonuses based on your performance
Schedule
Monday-Friday schedule
