Canvasser

Responsibilities

• Knock door to door on 60+ homes a day, talking to residents about their home and scheduling no cost energy assessments for HomeWorks Energy and the Mass Save Program.
• Responsible for scheduling customers for a Home Energy Assessment or other in home visits as needed.
• Responsible for arriving to assigned neighborhoods at scheduled times.
• Attends bi-weekly team meetings, some of which are in Charleston, Ma
• Drives to canvassing locations up to 1 hour away
• Performs other duties as required

Requirements

• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable form of transportation.
• Must be okay traveling to territory locations up to 1 hour away (mileage is reimbursed).
• Must be 18 years of age.

Compensation

$24 per hour plus the opportunity to earn commission of $400-$500 per week with top performers earning up to $1,000 per week. With earned commissions, Canvassers make an hourly average between $24 - $35 per hour.
