Position Details

• Cantonese Teacher
• One-to-one sessions
• Total hours: 22
• Session length: two-hour
• Location: 02150, Boston
• Student level: Beginner
• Student age group: C: 25-34
• Schedule: once per week, (Thursday, Friday and Saturday on Thursday & Friday - 4:30 pm ; Saturday AM)
• Start date: 2026-07-06

Motivation

Motivation: my motivation to learn Cantonese stems from my in-laws, so that I can better talk with them and build a stronger relationship with them. I also hope to help my future children to honor and value their culture through language.

Ideal Candidate

• Native Cantonese speaker or relevant teaching qualification
• Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter
• Valid work permit/visa
• Live within 20 miles of the specified location

Conditions

• Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
• Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
• Freelance, part-time position
• We are not able to sponsor visas
