As a Travel Supervisor, you will travel to multiple facilities throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania to supervise operations, support teams, and ensure high‑quality service. The position is primarily on the 2nd shift (5 PM – 1 AM) and requires travel up to 2–3 hours from your home base. Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple facilities to supervise operations and support teams
• Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties when needed
• Train, coach, and motivate employees
• Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Monitor labor hours and productivity
• Deliver supplies and ensure teams are fully prepared
• Communicate updates and expectations clearly
• Work directly with the Area Manager to improve operations and client satisfaction
• Use Salesforce to document site visits and customer interactions

Requirements

• Reliable transportation & clean driving record
• Ability to travel up to 2–3 hours from your home base
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Attention to detail and accountability
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Stable work history
• Janitorial/facility services experience is a plus

Pay

$50,000 per year base salary plus travel pay.

Schedule

Primarily 2nd shift (5 PM – 1 AM). Travel is required as part of the role.
