CANTABILE: OPERATIONS WHIZ FOR A FLEXIBLE & LONG-TERM GROWTH ROLE
Hi, I’m Carrie LeSage, founder of Cantabile—a new, profitable company creating online high-ticket coaching programs and communities in partnership with NYT bestselling authors, experts, influencers, and thought leaders. Our name, borrowed from classical music, reflects our mission to deliver a “smooth and songlike” experience for clients and customers alike.
My background spans professional violin performance, founding a B2B SaaS company (Tank Track), and remote startup work in online education—all while raising and homeschooling my four children. With Cantabile, I aim to partner with kind, accomplished clients on edifying personal- and professional-development topics, fostering genuine connections between thought leaders and their audiences.
About the role
As our Operations Assistant, you’ll wear many hats in a flexible, growth-oriented role. This is an opportunity to join early and evolve alongside the company, with potential to step into leadership as we scale. The position starts at 20 hours per week, increasing to full-time as we add more clients.
Responsibilities
- Work confidently (and learn quickly) in SaaS platforms like Kajabi, Circle, Mighty Networks, and ConvertKit to build sales pages, opt-in flows, course pages, and community spaces. No programming required, but technical proficiency is key.
- Maintain high-quality standards through detailed QA and proofreading, ensuring flawless written English, capitalization, punctuation, and formatting.
- Support customers via email, online communities, and Zoom calls during cohort sessions.
- Prepare Members Areas and Community spaces ahead of each cohort, collaborating closely with our developmental editor to bring clients’ visions to life.
- Keep launches on track by managing course video editing, supporting sales affiliates, scheduling emails/blog posts, and creating PDFs for the Members Area.
Most work is asynchronous (team communication happens in writing), but occasional meetings and hosting course sessions during 6-week cohorts (typically Pacific coast hours) are required.
