Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization serving Southeastern and Central Ohio. We provide comprehensive behavioral health and other services, collaborating with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive CANS assessments for children, adolescents, and transitional-age youth in various settings
- Build and maintain knowledge of the organization and OhioRISE referral pathways and specialty program offerings
- Maintain accurate, timely records in the electronic health record and CANS portal
- Collaborate with clinical staff, families, and community partners to translate assessment findings and next steps
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with referral systems, community partners, and collateral agents
- Utilize databases and Electronic Health Record systems for accurate client documentation
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting requirements, and professional ethical guidelines
- Travels within designated service areas
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current Ohio CANS certification or ability to certify within 21 days of employment
- 2-3 years of experience in community mental health, child welfare, or a closely related human services setting
- Advanced communication, organizational, and knowledge of child and adolescent behavioral health, trauma-informed care, and family systems
- Ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions, maintain confidentiality, adhere to safety and regulatory requirements, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with appropriate auto insurance coverage

Pay
The pay range for this position is $19.00-$22.26 per hour based on experience, education, and/or licensure.
