About the role

The Dual Front Desk Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Front Office at 2 properties. This individual must perform in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative, executive, or professional tasks more than 50% of the time and use discretion and independent judgement more than 50% of the time.
  • Work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete job responsibilities.
  • Direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents.

Requirements

  • Exempt managers must customarily and regularly direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents.

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a management position within the hospitality industry.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
  • Must have a strong understanding of hotel operations and revenue management.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
