About the role
Responsible for providing technical support to customers using Canon CT products. This includes troubleshooting issues, resolving customer queries, and ensuring product performance meets customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Canon CT products.
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Document and analyze customer feedback to improve product performance and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and support of new product releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting tools.
Qualifications
- Experience with Canon CT products is a plus.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and hardware troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
