About the role

Lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical programs across web, mobile, and embedded systems
  • Drive execution from program initiation to launch, ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams from various departments
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects
  • Facilitate technical discussions on systems integration and architecture
  • Partner with senior engineers to align resources with technical goals
  • Develop dashboards and performance reports for stakeholder updates
  • Apply Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies for predictability
  • Drive stakeholder communication and resolve blockers through collaboration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years in Technical Program Management
  • Experience in healthcare technology or regulated industries
  • Proven delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs with measurable outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Airtable for program management
  • Strong risk management abilities balancing scope, schedule, cost, and quality

Pay
