The CanoeHouse Food Runner position at Mauna Lani is essential for the successful operation of the flagship, fine dining restaurant. This role involves organizing and delivering quality food presentations in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Organize and deliver quality food presentations in a timely and accurate manner to the appropriate servicing areas.
- Work in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment.
- Provide consistent, luxury guest experiences.
Requirements
- Previous food running experience in a fine dining/luxury setting is preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language sufficient to communicate with fellow associates and guests.
- Maintain hotel service standards; follow house rules.
- Ability to follow instructions and direction.
- Perform routine tasks under little or no direct supervision.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Project a professional image.
- Must obtain Food Handler Certification.
- TB Clearance is required.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

The base salary for this position is $24.05 hourly.
