Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager to inspire and mentor our retail team members.
• Foster a collaborative team environment through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Drive performance and elevate customer service standards by applying conflict resolution skills to address challenges.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of cannabis is essential.
• Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in cannabis specifically.
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.
• Experience with Point of Sale software (Dutchie).
• Cash management experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in cannabis and proven leadership experience in a retail setting. They should have a minimum of one year of retail experience specifically in the cannabis industry and be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience with Point of Sale software (Dutchie) is required. A strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Pay

$23.00 - $23.00 per hour (plus tips)
