Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork
- Take direction from management
- Perform duties in a safe and efficient manner li>Work independently or with a team as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace throughout the shift
- Clean and reset processing equipment at the end of each shift
- Follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements
- Accurately follow standard operating procedures and suggest improvements
- Set goals and meet deadlines
- Engage in industry education and professional development
- Assist with harvesting and preparing flowers for processing
- Hand or machine trim flower efficiently while maintaining quality
- Accurately weigh and record trimming weights and numbers
- Perform moderate to heavy manual labor and repetitive motions
- Help maintain inventory and perform general facility cleaning
- Package flower, concentrates, and finished goods efficiently
- Maintain consistent packaging numbers without sacrificing quality
- Accurately weigh, record, and label packages
- Occasionally deliver products to licensed Utah medical cannabis facilities
- Properly dispose of waste
- Perform other job duties as requested
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain proper licensing
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a food handlers permit
- Cannabis industry experience preferred but not necessary
- Experience in horticulture, agriculture, or manufacturing preferred but not necessary
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, methodical, versatile, and mechanically inclined
- Ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to remain compliant with laws, SOPs, and guidelines
- Effective communication skills via email, phone, text, etc.
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work beyond regular hours to meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel)
- Customer service experience
- Ability to stand or sit for 8-12 hours

Environmental Conditions
Potential exposure to dusts, odors, high and low temperatures, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, solvents, volatile organic compounds, allergens, pollen, plant pathogens, and other environmental variables. Proper PPE will be provided.
Mask Consideration: Masks are required during processing activities where open product is present due to potential particulate matter in the air.
Location: Centerville, Utah
Status: Full-time
Schedule: Typically Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, subject to change
Compensation: $16 per hour
