Cannabis Trimmer

Duties

• Perform trimming and pruning of plants, shrubs, and trees to promote healthy growth.
• Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment for effective trimming operations.
• Aid with irrigation tasks to ensure proper watering of plants.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects efficiently.
• Monitor plant health and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
• Participate in seasonal planting and garden maintenance activities.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Regular exposure to strong cannabis odors and frequent handling of cannabis products.
• Continuous reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, stopping, and wiping.
• Frequent washing of hands and lifting/carrying up to 20 pounds.
• Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the shift.
• Visually inspecting products for proper quality.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Basic knowledge and familiarity with cannabis.
• Experience in the cannabis industry preferred but not required.
• Basic weight and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Hand and finger dexterity.
