About the role

Trimmr connects local talent with licensed cannabis operators for on-demand, shift-based gigs. Once screened and hired, you’ll choose from available shifts that fit your schedule and earn W-2 wages. Work is not guaranteed and depends on client staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Cultivation: planting, weeding, defoliating, and harvesting
• Post-harvest: hand trimming, bucking, and packaging
• Compliance & care: following farm SOPs, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring quality

Requirements

• Age 21+ (NYS OCM requirement)
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with flexible gig work
• Reliable transportation to local farm and processing sites
• Able to stand for entire shifts, perform repetitive and strenuous motions, crouch, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather
