Cannabis Cultivation Support (Hudson, NY)

About the role

Trimmr LLC is hiring for hands‑on cannabis cultivation work to support the fall harvest in Hudson, NY. Positions are full‑time seasonal, with day‑shift availability and the flexibility to choose shifts that fit your schedule after hire.

Responsibilities

• Cultivation: planting, weeding, defoliating, and harvesting
• Post‑Harvest: hand trimming, bucking, and packaging
• Compliance & Care: following farm SOPs, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding quality standards
• Indoor and outdoor tasks as required; work involves strong scents, varying weather, and being on your feet

Requirements

• Age 21+ (NYS OCM requirement)
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (valid I‑9 documentation)
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with flexible gig work
• Reliable transportation to various local farm and processing sites
• Physical stamina to stand or work on feet throughout shift, perform repetitive and strenuous motions, crouch, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather

Pay

$19.00 per hour (W‑2 wages)

Schedule

Full‑time seasonal, 24‑50 hours per week; day shifts (preferred 8:00 am‑4:00 pm or 6:00 pm). Up to 6 days a week and 52 hours available (minimum 3 days of 8‑hour shifts). Shifts are self‑selected once hired.
