Trimmr LLC is a cannabis cultivation support company located in Saugerties, NY. They staff local talent with licensed operators for harvest and post‑harvest processes. Once hired, you choose from available shifts that fit your schedule, earn W‑2 wages, build a work record and reputation, and gain real industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivation: Planting, weeding, defoliating, and harvesting.
• Post‑Harvest: Hand trimming, bucking, and packaging.
• Compliance & Care: Following farm SOPs, maintaining cleanliness, and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Age: 21+ (NYS OCM requirement)
• Work authorization: Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (valid I‑9 docs)
• Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with flexible gig work
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to get to various local farm and processing sites
• Physical stamina: Able to stand or work on your feet throughout your shift, perform repetitive and strenuous motions, crouch, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Environment: Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather
