Cannabis Cultivation Support (Hancock, NY)

About the Role

Trimmr LLC is hiring for full-time seasonal cannabis cultivation support roles to work the fall harvest (through October, possibly part of November). This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real industry experience, build a work record, and showcase your capabilities with licensed operators. Work begins immediately, with up to 6 days a week and 52 hours available (minimum 3 days of 8-hour shifts). Shifts are flexible, allowing you to choose from available options that fit your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Cultivation: Planting, weeding, defoliating, and harvesting.
• Post-Harvest: Hand trimming, bucking, and packaging.
• Compliance & Care: Following farm SOPs, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding quality standards.

Tasks involve both indoor and outdoor work, with exposure to strong scents, varying weather, and the need to be on your feet throughout shifts.

Requirements

• Age: 21+ (NYS OCM requirement)
• Work Authorization: Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (valid I-9 documents)
• Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with flexible gig work
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to various local farm and processing sites
• Physical Stamina: Able to stand/work on feet throughout shifts, perform repetitive and strenuous motions, crouch, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Environment: Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather

Pay

$19.00 / hr

Day Shifts: 8:00am - 4:00pm or 6:00pm
