The Candidate Recruiter is responsible for developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified CRNAs, Anesthesiologists, and other healthcare providers to support client staffing needs. This role owns the provider relationship throughout the recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with Account Managers to successfully fill client openings. This position ‘owns’ the provider relationship and recruiting lifecycle.MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Education & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s Degree required with a preferred course concentration in Healthcare, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field. Will consider equivalent work experience of eight (8) years in a related field in lieu of bachelor’s degree.Previous Experience: Anesthesia or healthcare locum tenens recruiting experience strongly preferred. Minimum of five (5) years or more of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred; candidates with direct locum tenens recruiting experience will be considered regardless of total years.Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop long-term professional relationships with all candidates and hiring managers; Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written); Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Possess a high sense of urgency and with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environmentProfessional level of verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with clinical leaders.Technical Skills: Proficiency with standard business software (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and using a laptop and mobile device is required. Strong ability to use word processing and database applications. Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).Travel: Ability to travel to recruitment conferences and other events as needed, up to 15% travel. Work Environment: This is a fully remote position. Work is generally performed within an office environment with standard office equipment available. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. JOB SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONSProvider Recruitment & Sourcing· Source, recruit, and engage qualified CRNAs, Anesthesiologists, and other healthcare providers using multiple recruiting channels, networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.· Build, develop, and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive provider candidates to support current and future staffing needs.· Conduct proactive recruiting campaigns to identify high-quality talent in targeted markets.· Attend recruitment conferences, career fairs, networking events, and industry meetings to expand provider relationships and promote the organization.Candidate Assessment & Placement· Conduct initial phone screenings and comprehensive interviews to evaluate provider qualifications, experience, availability, compensation expectations, licensure, and overall fit.· Present qualified providers to Account Managers for client consideration.· Coordinate provider interviews and maintain ongoing communication throughout the interview and selection process.· Facilitate offer discussions, assignment acceptance, and placement execution while ensuring a positive candidate experience.· Partner with Account Managers to align provider qualifications with client requirements and staffing priorities.Provider Relationship Management· Develop long-term relationships with providers through consistent communication and engagement.· Maintain regular contact with providers before, during, and after assignments to encourage retention, redeployment, and future placement opportunities.· Serve as the primary point of contact for providers throughout the recruiting lifecycle.Onboarding & Placement Support· Guide providers through credentialing, licensing, onboarding, and assignment preparation.· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.· Monitor provider progress through assignment start dates and address issues that may impact successful placement.CRM & Recruiting Administration· Accurately maintain provider profiles, CVs, licensing information, work history, communication notes, and recruiting activities within the CRM and applicant tracking systems.· Maintain complete and accurate recruiting documentation in accordance with company standards.· Assist with provider compensation surveys, recruiting analytics, and market intelligence reporting.Marketing & Process Improvement· Participate in recruiting marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, digital recruiting strategies, and professional networking activities.· Recommend improvements to recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, technology utilization, and candidate experience.· Stay current on healthcare staffing trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices.· Travel and represent company at recruitment conferences and other events as needed. Collaboration & Professional Expectations· Partner closely with Account Managers to successfully fill client staffing needs while maintaining ownership of provider relationships.· Deliver exceptional customer service through professionalism, responsiveness, accountability, teamwork, and effective communication.· Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.· Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
