Responsibilities
- Ensuring a positive, white glove candidate experience for new hires
- Serving as a liaison between the hiring manager and the employee
- Ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive onboarding experience for all new hires
- Acting as the subject matter expert for pre-employment requirements, including background checks, licensure verification, fingerprinting, drug screening, I-9 compliance, and other regulatory requirements
- Managing onboarding systems and workflows
- Coordinating pre-employment activities
- Auditing documentation for compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Collaborating with departments across the organization
- Providing exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication to support hiring managers, Human Resources, and new employees
