About the Role

Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) comprises key functions that are core to the company’s operations, including Global Real Estate & Workplace Experience, Global Supply Management, Business Resilience & Corporate Functions Governance, Aviation, Internal Fraud, and Global Security. The ESS Product & Capabilities internship provides broad exposure to teams that deliver products, platforms, reporting, governance, process improvement, and technology enablement across ESS. The intern will support cross-functional priorities and explore practical applications of GenAI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple teams on cross-functional projects related to products & capabilities, including coordinating across business, tech, and end users.
  • Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements, user needs, process flows, and project updates, and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Contribute to product and capability roadmaps, implementation activities, adoption efforts, and performance measurement.
  • Analyze data and prepare clear reports, presentations, dashboards, and insights for project teams and leaders.
  • Identify and assess opportunities to use GenAI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics to improve workflows and colleague experience.
  • Partner with Technology and Business Teams to support the design, testing, and rollout of secure, scalable solutions.
  • Participate in process-improvement initiatives focused on driving solutions that enable productivity, efficiency, quality, risk, and controls.
  • Build relationships across a complex, matrixed organization and contribute thoughtful questions, ideas, and a fresh perspective.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • Pursuing a degree in business, technology, data analytics, computer science, engineering, operations, risk management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in product management, technology, operations, process improvement, analytics, or artificial intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize information and draw practical conclusions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework, projects, or activities involving data, AI, automation, agile methods, or digital products.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, ServiceNow, Archer, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to connect project work to broader business outcomes and adapt quickly to feedback.
  • Interest in responsible innovation and the effective use of AI within strong governance and control practices.
  • Demonstrated teamwork, integrity, and commitment to an inclusive environment.
