Responsibilities
- Verifying valid government IDs and other legal documents.
- Ensuring compliance with all PSI, FAA and any other regulatory body’s policies and procedures on testing.
- Responsible for reception duties; check-in and out of testing candidates.
- Making sure of monitoring duties including one-way mirror surveillance, video surveillance, and routine walk through inspections.
- Advise students regarding testing competencies.
- General office tasks include report writing, email communications, and over the phone customer etiquette.
- Aid in training new testing proctors.
- Aid with daily test center operations to ensure a safe and secure testing environment.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Campus Executive Director or Director of Compliance and Administration.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven, compliance-oriented educational environment.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong work ethic, and professionalism.
- Persuasive and effective verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service in an educational setting.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as collaborative team member and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills are required with proficiency in MS Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Ability and willingness to work outside of regular work shifts as necessary or as requested by Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Experience as a testing proctor.
- Prior experience in a college admissions environment.

Pay
Up to $22 per hour.
Schedule
Monday - Thursday: 10am - 7pm
Friday: 8am - 5pm
