Campus Service Worker (Multiple Positions Available)
About the role
The Campus Service Worker is responsible for cleaning and maintaining residence halls and related facilities including offices, conference rooms, classrooms, lobbies, front desk areas, bathrooms, showers, hallways, study lounges, breezeways, stairwells, laundry rooms, kitchenettes, outside entrances, walkways, etc. Job responsibilities require the ability to perform work both independently and as a member of a team. Additional requirements may include the ability to perform both indoor and outdoor work such as snow removal, treating for ice, and trash removal. Work is closely supervised, with limited opportunity for independent action or decision-making, and consists of tasks that are routine, or well defined, with specific instructions to achieve standards. Decisions are infrequent and errors could result in minor inconveniences and costs within the affected area.
Responsibilities
- Cleans and maintains institutional buildings and facilities including offices, classrooms, laboratories, public areas, walkways, etc., following established procedures on an assigned schedule.

- High school diploma or GED.

- Ability to perform work both independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to perform both indoor and outdoor work such as snow removal, treating for ice, and trash removal.

Pay
Salary Range: $24,808 - $32,350 Salary is commensurate upon education, experience and internal equity.
