Job Function
Lead campus recruiting efforts to attract and hire early-career recruiters and sales consultants into a growing staffing agency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a staffing agency environment, recruiting for contract and/or permanent placements.
- Strong interest or experience in campus recruiting, early-career hiring, or university relations.
- Understanding of staffing agency fundamentals, including KPIs, sales environments, and recruiting lifecycle.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with both students and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to represent the organization professionally in on-campus and virtual events.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schools, events, and pipelines simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a proactive, energetic approach and passion for developing early-career talent.
- Experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, or CRM tools preferred.
