About the Opportunity
The Campus Recruiter leads campus recruiting and early career hiring initiatives to attract newly graduated clinicians for the home health and hospice practice. This role is responsible for developing partnerships with educational institutions, representing the organization at recruitment events, and building strong talent pipelines. The position contributes by enhancing brand awareness among early career professionals and supporting hiring needs while promoting diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Lead campus recruiting and early career hiring initiatives for clinical roles.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with colleges and universities.
- Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines to meet hiring needs.
- Collaborate on sourcing and recruitment strategies including early career programs.
- Advise hiring managers on candidate selection and diversity recruitment.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience and promote organizational values.
- Use data and market knowledge to inform recruitment strategies.
- Sources, engages, and closes candidates using creative and diverse methods.
- Provide consultative guidance on recruitment process improvements.
- Support cross-functional partnerships to enhance candidate experiences.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree with at least five years of Talent Acquisition experience or equivalent.
- Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter.
- Commitment to diversity recruitment strategies.
- Proven success in partnership-based talent acquisition in multi-location environments.
- Behavioral-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and independent working skills.
- Experience advising managers on diversity and talent market insights.
- Creative sourcing and innovation in recruitment practices.
- Proficiency with social media for talent acquisition.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Bonus Opportunity.
