Campus Recruiter

About the role

We're partnering with a leading global professional services organization seeking an experienced Campus Recruiter to support early-career hiring initiatives across North America. This is a contract opportunity through March 2027, with potential for extension. This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week in downtown Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle campus recruiting for internships and entry-level hires
• Build relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers
• Coordinate and attend recruiting events, career fairs, and networking programs
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and manage candidate pipelines
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support offer processes
• Track recruiting metrics and provide market insights to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 2+ years of campus recruiting experience
• Experience supporting recruiting within a professional services, consulting, accounting, or similar environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Bachelor's degree preferred
