About the Role
Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Campus Recruiter to join their dynamic Early Talent team. As a Campus Recruiter, you will gain broad-based business experience while making a significant impact on the firm. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for intern positions across Tax, Audit, Advisory, Information Assurance, and Information Technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting for all intern positions for Tax, Audit, Advisory, Information Assurance, and Information Technology teams.
- Communicate expectations to Aprio college recruiting teams for assigned campuses.
- Establish partnerships with department leaders across all offices, IAS, and IT teams.
- Anticipate and understand talent needs, developing an active candidate pipeline for the Atlanta office.
- Maintain recruiting tracking databases for statistical analysis on campus hires, intern conversions, branding ROI, and onboarding effectiveness for the Atlanta office, IAS, and IT teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with college career services departments, faculty, and internal stakeholders.
- Plan and attend on-campus recruiting events (e.g., Career Fairs, socials, presentations, interviews) at specified campuses.
- Travel to Aprio’s strategic campuses for events throughout the year, with heavy attendance from January–March and August–October.
- Assist with planning, management, and execution of Summer Leadership Conferences.
- Provide additional support to the recruiting team for events as needed.
- Manage the performance review process for interns.
- Assist with and attend intern activities (e.g., volunteer events, happy hours, team-building) to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist with management and execution of Aprio’s internship program in the Atlanta office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required.
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices is a plus.
- Results-focused with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proven project management skills: prioritizing workload, planning, organizing, and demonstrating high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel daily (Monday–Thursday) up to 16 weeks a year, primarily during campus recruiting seasons (January–March and August–October).
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale events with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience or potential to plan, direct, and lead recruiting and new hire events.
- Strong capacity for high-volume recruitment and branding campaigns.
- Ability to engage with and build relationships with Aprio Partners, college faculty, and students.
- Previous professional service experience is a plus.
- 1–2 years of campus recruiting experience or public accounting experience.
