Campus President- Richland
Job Summary
The Campus President serves as the voice and face of the College on campus and in the surrounding community and is responsible and accountable for leading initiatives that contribute to the vibrancy, growth, and economic stability of Dallas County.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned sector engagement for the region.
- Develop, execute, and create outreach strategies that drive the College's growth in defined areas including sector development.
- Research & identify community prospects and key leaders with decision-making authority over the organization’s education and training programs.
- Create and deliver compelling messaging and content that resonates with the target audiences (students, employees, customers).
- Develop and manage an aggressive schedule of field visits to offices, professional conferences, and professional association events to advance relationships.
- Review and make recommendations related to contract language for new partnerships, in collaboration with the College's Legal and Finance team.
- Model a collaborative, leadership approach beginning with the needs of students, employers, and community, that are in alignment with the vision for the College.
- Engage in community outreach activities that broaden partnerships, expand resources, and build overall capacity in support of current and future students.
- Provide leadership at the local campus and ensure alignment of key initiatives, communications, and employee engagement programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Experience managing a budget.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with internal/external stakeholders and constituents within the College community network.
- Ability to operate in a matrix structure and influence others without direct authority to address common issues.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree (required) or doctorate (preferred), as confirmed by official transcripts.
- (15+) years of management experience, including three (3) years of upper-level executive experience in market development or equivalent experience in higher education or relevant industries.
- Subject matter expertise in one of the defined industry sectors.
- Bilingual or multilingual preferred.
