The Arizona College of Nursing is a rapidly growing institution committed to transforming lives through nursing education. We offer a Bachelor’s in Nursing program in just 3 years or less, leveraging qualified transfer credits to prepare students for in-demand careers.

About the role

The Campus President oversees academic operations, supporting the Dean of Nursing and Dean of General Education. They ensure an environment conducive to learning, manage budgets, and coordinate with marketing for campus announcements.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and supervise a team to foster a student-centric culture.
• Manage personnel, budget, and resources to enhance colleague engagement.
• Promote student success and satisfaction by facilitating access to College resources.
• Foster student engagement through coordination of campus events.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director of Enrollment Services and Provost to achieve College and campus goals.
• Cultivate collaboration with community partners and serve as an ambassador for the College.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and adhere to accreditation standards.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree or higher in leadership, education, healthcare, business, or a related field, from an institution accredited by the US Secretary of Education or CHEA.
• Equivalent skills and experience may be considered.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in effective operational leadership.
• Experience in a role with P&L responsibility.
• Strong negotiation skills to bring others together and resolve differences.
