Campus Operations Coordinator, Alpha - $90,000/year USD
About the role
Alpha is opening new campuses across America because students love school, learn valuable life skills, and outperform their peers academically. In this role you own the operational heartbeat of the campus, ensuring clear communication, safety, facilities, logistics, and technology run smoothly so students feel safe, staff stay focused, and parents trust the school. Alpha combines rigorous academics, technology‑enabled learning, and high expectations for students and adults alike, building one of the most ambitious school models in the world.
Responsibilities
- Serving as a primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication

- Ability to independently own campus operations and make sound decisions across safety, facilities, logistics, communication, and basic technology in a lean environment
- Strong service orientation, emotional intelligence, and calm judgment under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
