Campus Safety Operations

• Managing campus safety operations, including access control, health incidents, drills, documentation, and parent communication
• Overseeing safety drills and responding to health incidents
• Parent communication and incident reporting

Daily Campus Operations

• Overseeing daily campus operations such as attendance processes, facilities coordination, transportation, and office logistics
• Facilities coordination and maintenance
• Transportation management
• Office logistics and support

Onboarding and Training

• Supporting onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration into campus operations

Student Devices and Campus Technology

• Maintaining student devices and campus technology
• Acting as the primary on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient campus operations that consistently improve the experience and satisfaction of students, staff, and parents

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
• Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
• Demonstrated comfort building warm, trusted relationships with children and families in a visible on-campus role
• Ability to independently own campus operations and make sound decisions across safety, facilities, logistics, communication, and basic technology in a lean environment
• Strong service orientation, emotional intelligence, and calm judgment under pressure
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
