Campus Operations Coordinator, Alpha - $90,000/year USD

About the role

This is an in-person role located at one of our campuses. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, impacting students' security, staff productivity, and parents' confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a key contact for parents, students, and staff, maintaining clear, prompt, and professional communication.
  • Overseeing campus security functions, including entry management, health responses, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notifications.
  • Cooking daily campus functions such as attendance tracking, facility management, transportation logistics, and general office administration.
  • Assisting with onboarding and orientation for new staff members to facilitate seamless adoption of campus procedures.
  • Administering student devices and campus technology systems, serving as the on-site technical contact and Google Administrator.

  • Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic programming.
  • Mentoring Guides or contributing to curriculum planning.
  • Operating in a limited, single-task administrative capacity.
  • Working from a desk performing routine, unchanging duties.
  • Escalating issues without taking responsibility or driving resolution.

Deliver smooth, secure, and effective campus operations that consistently enhance the experience and satisfaction of students, staff, and parents.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role.
  • Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay

$45 USD/hour, which equates to $90,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
