We are seeking an hourly Campus Dietitian to join our team. Responsibilities

• Provides nutrition education and training support for the campus community, including tabling, lunch & learn sessions, and one-on-one counseling.
• Implements Chartwells Higher Education wellness programming.
• Coordinates with the dining management team and culinary associates to meet dietary needs for all customers.
• Provides nutrition-related training, including food allergen training, to all associates.
• Assists the management team with menu development and nutrient analysis.
• Collaborates with marketing to ensure appropriate nutrition communication and messaging.
• Leads Dining Services Sustainability efforts by partnering with operations and campus stakeholders to track, improve, and communicate sustainability initiatives in all dining spaces.
• Performs operational execution and oversight, including hands-on work in dining spaces to serve guests, train associates, audit systems, collaborate with unit leadership, and ensure excellence in operations and culinary services.
• Partners with various campus offices, departments, and organizations to align with university goals and needs.

Requirements

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or RD Eligible.
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable.
• Ability to present information in both one-on-one and group formats.
• Experience working with special diets and food allergies.
• ServSafe® Manager Certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and nutrient analysis programs.
