Campus Care Coordinator

What You Will Be Doing

• Captures and coordinates cleaning and/or room set up tasks with Campus Care team members.
• Maintains cleanliness and consistency of space standards.
• Trains new staff in proper procedures and use of equipment.
• Maintains inventory, supplies, and equipment for Campus Care staff.
• Communicates regularly with the Campus Care Supervisor to address workflow, performance, or other issues.
• Led the Campus Care Team in coordination with and under the direction of the Campus Care Supervisor.
• Works in a cross-functional role with all teams in Facilities.
• Coordinates work activities with the Events Staff and the Event Management System.
• Serves as liaison for Campus Care operations in the absence of the Campus Care Supervisor.

Our Requirements

• A high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Basic computer skills.
• Two or more years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
• Models staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun.
• Lives out staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship, and giving.
• Agree with the Statement of Faith and submit to the leadership established by the church, living out our church Mantras in tangible ways.
