About the role

As a Campus Director at Brightmont Academy, you will lead the campus in fulfilling the school's mission and vision. Your responsibilities include building partnerships with local professionals and educators, guiding parents through personalized academic programs, fostering a positive school culture, and tracking student progress.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with local professionals and educators to advance shared goals for student success
• Guide parents through our personalized academic programs and recommend solutions that fit their child’s needs
• Foster a professional, productive, and positive culture for students, families, and staff
• Track and celebrate each student’s academic progress, while ensuring families feel informed and valued

Requirements

• Experience in student admissions or enrollment management
• An entrepreneurial mindset - you take full control of your campus and lead with initiative
• Strong problem-solving skills - you’re comfortable navigating new challenges and finding the right path forward
• Excellent time management - you know how to prioritize, delegate, and ensure everything gets done without doing it all yourself

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s preferred
