Campus Ambassador University of Massachusetts Amherst

We are hiring a Campus Ambassador to support the University of Massachusetts Amherst for the academic year. This part-time role involves both independent and team-based work to increase product visibility in local accounts (bars, restaurants, grocery, and liquor stores) on and around campus.

Responsibilities

• Execute impactful promotions for accounts in On-Premise (bars/restaurants) and Off-Premise (grocery & liquor stores), including sampling events and festivals
• Table at major campus events such as sporting events
• Improve account conditions and merchandise by building displays, resetting coolers, and placing point-of-sale items to boost brand visibility
• Conduct waitstaff and bartender education sessions to drive brand awareness and volume

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be enrolled or a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst
• Must have a valid driver’s license, registered, and insured vehicle
• Must be able to drive to and from accounts continuously
• Ability to work afternoons, nights, and weekends to meet business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to tolerate cold temperatures
• Experience operating a motor vehicle several times throughout the day
• Comfortable standing for several hours during workdays/evenings

Working Conditions

• Customer-facing role with varying daily conditions
• Regular travel within the market

Pay

$19 - $21 per hour
