Campus Ambassador
About the Role
Blossom 360 is the only fashion industry immersion program for fashion students in the world, taking fashion and design students from the classroom to real factory floors in Vietnam. Backed by Cortex Textiles, a 30-year-old apparel manufacturing company, we help fashion students experience yarn-to-finished-garment production alongside mentorship on merchandising, sourcing, and supply chain strategy. We're looking for Campus Ambassadors who can authentically represent this opportunity within their university networks.
Responsibilities
- Growth Driver – Add followers & subscribers and share Blossom 360 content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Campus Point Person – Be the go-to contact for students and faculty asking about Blossom 360. Answer questions, connect interested students, and champion the program within your community.
- Faculty Connector – Schedule and hold meetings between Blossom 360 leadership and your professors or curriculum coordinators. Show how our program adds value to existing fashion education.
Requirements
- Fashion or design student, or recent graduate with active campus involvement
- Genuine network on campus (actual influence, not just follower count)
- Excited about real industry experience and production
- Able to connect with professors or program coordinators at your university
- Comfortable tracking results and verifying metrics
- Direct communication style, able to work independently, but not shy to ask for help when needed
Benefits
All compensation is performance-based and transparent:
- Every 50 verified new followers/subscribers (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube combined): $100 Amazon voucher (after 50, $2 for every new follower/subscriber)
- Each professor or coordinator meeting successfully held: $25 Amazon voucher
- 1 month of active participation: Co-branded certificate (Cortex × Blossom 360)
- Each student you refer who enrolls: 8.3% of program fees ($100 – $200 per student)
Tracking is transparent. You get a unique link per platform. All growth is verified via Bitly data plus your screenshots. Only delivered results count (scheduled meetings don't count; held meetings do).
Support & Contact
You'll get direct WhatsApp support from the Campus Ambassador Lead for any questions, strategy, or troubleshooting.
Why This Matters
Most fashion students graduate without ever seeing a real factory. No production timelines. No budget constraints. No real supply chain pressure. Just theory. We change that. We take students from design school directly to production reality. And we need ambassadors who genuinely believe in this and can bring their peers into it. This isn't a typical influencer gig. It's about building credibility for something real.
