Campus Ambassador

Job Summary

Aid in enrollment management by representing Benedictine hospitality in various settings like campus visits, tours, open houses, and classroom visits.

Job Duties

• Lead and provide exemplary campus tours to prospective students, families, and visitors.
• Maintain knowledge of campus updates, policies, and offerings.
• Assist with event setup, check-in, and other guest services as needed.
• Represent the college positively at admissions events.
• Answer questions about academic programs, student life, and campus resources.
• Share personal student experiences and campus information.
• Take and distribute messages.
• Avoid taking on additional duties that could compromise safety or quality of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as data entry and maintaining Admissions records.

Required Qualifications

• Current CSS student with federal work study eligibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with a diverse audience.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and perform multiple tasks during a workday.
• Professional attire and presence to represent the College.
• Ability to adhere to Admissions Department Student Employment guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with public speaking and customer service.
• A positive, enthusiastic, and authentic personality.
