Campaign Traffic Strategy & Operations Project Intern (TikTok Shop - US Operation) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

As a project intern, you will engage in impactful short-term projects that provide real-world experience, gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced environment, and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must commit to at least a 3-month internship.
Responsibilities
- Support TikTok Shop platform-level campaigns and daily promotional operations, including C-side shopping guidance resource allocation, traffic distribution, campaign page operations, and merchandising strategy execution.
- Assist in traffic allocation and distribution strategy optimization across key surfaces such as Homepage, Shop Tab, Search, and transaction-related entry points, leveraging user behavior and supply insights to improve traffic efficiency.
- Conduct business and monetization-related data analysis, including traffic, CVR, GPM, GMV, subsidy efficiency, and other core business metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Support campaign target planning, performance tracking, post-mortem analysis, and strategic deep dives, while helping build reusable operational frameworks and SOPs.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- An analytical and structured thinker, strong in understanding and deriving insights from data.
- Proven communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce, consulting, or data analysis.

Pay
