The Role
We are seeking a Campaign Operations Manager to oversee the technical execution of all Yobi campaigns. This role is crucial for ensuring campaign success by managing configurations, data integrity, and measurement validation. It also involves diagnosing and guiding campaign performance.
Responsibilities
Configure advertisers, campaigns, audiences, segments, and pricing in Yobi Web and maintain corresponding records in Notion
Create pixels, coordinate log delivery, and manage technical aspects of client implementation
QA configurations, conversion tracking, and attribution before launch, and verify delivery and audience health in the first days of flight
Support platform partnerships by troubleshooting directly with DSP and vendor technical teams (The Trade Desk, Nexxen, Yahoo, Viant Performance & Optimization)
Diagnose pacing, delivery, and audience match issues; fix what lies on Yobi's side and recommend changes in the DSP
Build, scale, and refine audiences to meet delivery and performance targets without compromising quality
Advise on DSP-side optimization levers and validate their impact after implementation
Monitor campaigns against key performance indicators and address deviations before they become visible to clients
Brief Client Partners on performance movements, root causes, and validated evidence for incremental investments
Requirements
Three or more years of experience in ad operations, campaign management, or adtech technical operations
Hands-on experience with a major DSP (The Trade Desk, Nexxen, or Yahoo DSP)
Product and operations obsession: a deep understanding of how the system works and why, not just whether tasks are completed
Second-order thinking: finding and solving problems that aren't immediately apparent, and connecting seemingly unrelated findings
A creative problem solver who pursues the best solution and explains technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable with browser developer tools, pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and attribution methodology
Working knowledge of identity resolution, audience activation, and tag management via GTM, Adobe Tags, Tealium, or CM360
SQL proficiency and ability to query large datasets in Databricks or an equivalent environment
Excel and Google Sheets fluency for analysis and QA
High standard for factual precision, particularly when communicating with clients or partners
Comfortable operating behind a Client Partner rather than owning the client relationship
Qualifications
Fluency with pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and attribution methodology
Experience with GTM, Adobe Tags, Tealium, or CM360 for tag management
Comfortable working in Excel and Google Sheets for analysis and QA
High standard for factual precision, particularly when communicating with clients or partners
Comfortable operating behind a Client Partner rather than owning the client relationship
Benefits
Competitive base salary ($100,000 - $130,000 USD per year)
Meaningful equity and financial upside
Annual bonus tied to personal and company performance
Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits
Unlimited PTO and generous parental leave policy
What We're Looking For
Attitude, culture, and general (technical) fit over matching perfectly into job descriptions
Interest in building a function from 0 to 1 in an early-stage environment
