On-siteMarketingContract

Duration: 6 months contract • Location: Cincinnati OH

About the role

The contractor will support the end-to-end execution of media and incentive campaigns across a variety of platforms and workflows. This role will partner closely with Campaign Operations, Client Success & Partnerships, and other cross-functional teams to gather campaign requirements, coordinate timelines, review creative assets, complete campaign setup, conduct quality assurance, and support accurate, on-time activation. This position is designed to provide near-term execution capacity as the team responds to campaign growth, expanded responsibilities, and the transition of repeatable work into a hybrid and offshore delivery model. Contractor support will help maintain campaign delivery and service levels while experienced internal resources focus on offshore training and governance, workflow simplification, automation, and other strategic priorities. Success will be measured through: accurate campaign setup and execution; on-time completion of assigned campaign milestones; consistent adherence to established workflows and guidelines; early identification and escalation of risks or missing information; clear and timely communication with campaign stakeholders; reliable management of multiple concurrent campaign requests; positive contribution to team capacity, quality, and delivery stability. Contract Assignment Context: This is a temporary contractor assignment intended to provide transition capacity while Campaign Operations continues implementing its future-state operating model. The position will primarily support execution needs, workload stabilization, and campaign continuity. Depending on experience and business needs, assignments may include standardized media and incentive workflows or more complex, client-facing execution support. What the Contractor Will Gain: Hands-on experience across media and incentive campaign operations; exposure to Client's Precision Marketing products, platforms, and workflows; experience collaborating across Campaign Operations, Client Success & Partnerships, and other partner teams; opportunities to develop retail media, campaign-management, and operational execution capabilities; experience supporting a team as it standardizes workflows, expands offshore delivery, and introduces new automation and AI-enabled ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned media and incentive campaign workflows from intake through launch, following established processes, product guidelines, and service-level expectations.
  • Review campaign plans and intake materials, confirm required information is complete, and translate campaign requirements into the appropriate setup and workflow activities.
  • Coordinate with Client Success & Partnership teams, Campaign Operations, and cross-functional partners to secure campaign details, assets, approvals, and other required deliverables.
  • Build and manage campaign timelines to support accurate and on-time execution across multiple concurrent requests.
  • Review creative assets, URLs, targeting specifications, tracking parameters, product information, and other campaign inputs for completeness and compliance.
  • Complete campaign setup within designated platforms and systems.
  • Conduct quality-assurance reviews throughout the workflow and before activation, escalating potential issues or discrepancies when needed.
  • Communicate required edits, missing information, timeline risks, and campaign status updates clearly and proactively.
  • Support campaign activation confirmation, reporting coordination, documentation, and other post-launch activities as assigned.
