Associate Campaign Manager

About the role
We’re looking for a highly motivated, driven, and tactical Associate Campaign Manager to support the Campaign Management team. You will learn the Teads landscape and how to service clients from both pre-sale and post-sale activation.
Responsibilities
- Support Campaign Managers in developing RFPs (Requests for Proposals) to understand brands’ digital media and consumer obstacles.
- Support in developing media plans that effectively maximize client investment opportunities.
- Confirm media availability and make inventory reservations.
- Support in creating customized PowerPoint decks that outline responses to business opportunities.
- Help create customized site lists for clients.
- Execute screenshots and demos for clients.
- Implement third-party ad server pixels into our creative enhancement studio for campaign tracking purposes.
- Manipulate reporting to address the specific needs of customers.
- Manage basic projects based on current business needs.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company.
- Understanding of tactical systems and processes (e.g., third-party ad servers, verification vendor platforms, DSPs, Salesforce, etc.).
- Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proven track record of exceptional time management—effectively plans long-term and big-picture projects while maintaining day-to-day effectiveness.
- High standards of quality at work, attention to detail in execution, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and improvement.
- Track record of meeting or surpassing ambitious goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Comfort engaging with strategic clients, avid problem solver, proactive, and creative thinker.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative approach to work; understands limitations of own perspective and seeks to understand others’ interests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Pay
The pay range for this position is USD $60,000 to $65,000 annually, including on-target earnings. The actual amount offered may vary based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
