What You'll Do:

  • Manage a book of business consisting of managed service accounts, ensuring revenue recognition
  • Work with business stakeholders to deliver a world-class client experience
  • Collaborate with technical teams to surface and solve problems
  • Ensure campaign's booked revenue is maximized by working with the retailer team for inventory recommendations
  • Partner with the Account Strategy team to achieve revenue and campaign performance objectives
  • Optimize campaigns and propose strategies to meet or exceed customer performance goals
  • Pull basic reporting to support strategic recommendations
  • Maintain the health of your book of campaigns and work with the technical services team to troubleshoot issues
  • Prepare and present monthly client engagement
  • Conduct weekly status calls with internal stakeholders to provide performance and pacing strategies

Who You Are:

  • 3-4 years experience in campaign management
  • A flexible and quick thinker capable of troubleshooting both internally and externally
  • A self-motivated individual willing to think creatively and generate results and growth for the team
  • Strong technical knowledge base related to optimizing and managing auction-based campaigns (DSPs, Advanced Excel)
  • Proficient in client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Able to handle multiple projects of varying importance, deadlines, and complexity simultaneously
  • Able to work in a dynamic small team environment
  • Able to collaborate with and across multiple teams including Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations, Product, AdOps, Technical Services
  • Able to adapt to a fast-moving company and industry
  • A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed
