Camp Music Conservatory Junior Instructor - Camp Keystone
for headings: About the role, e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Keep substantive info. Let's parse the job description. Key parts: - Posted date and location: "Posted Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 4:00 AM Location: Camp Keystone, Starke, Florida Position Type: Temporary Full-Time". This is metadata; we can fold into a short
maybe. - About This Opportunity: paragraph describing role. - Key Responsibilities: long list of duties. - What We Are Looking For In You: requirements: six months experience teaching music, ability to perform and teach lessons in classroom setting involving more than one student preferred, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Also Licenses and Certifications: CPR and First Aid Certification. - Physical Requirements And Working Conditions: description. - Why Work For Us: paragraph about benefits/experience. - Additional Information: orientation dates, program dates, note about inability to work entire session, religious mission statement, apply instructions (we should remove application instructions). Also "Application Submittal Period: January 1, 2025 – May 25, 2025". Also EEO statement (should remove). Also "Job Details Job Family FL-EXEMPT Job Function Camp Pay Type Salary Employment Indicator Seasonal". This includes Pay Type Salary (but no actual amount). We should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them; here it just says Pay Type Salary (no amount). That's not a specific pay figure; we should not create Pay section. Similarly Schedule: not given. Benefits: not given explicitly; but "Why Work For Us" mentions income, job experience, friendships, impact, meals, etc. Could be considered benefits but not explicit list. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We should include sections only when posting has real, specific content. For Benefits, we have no explicit list like health insurance, etc. So maybe omit Benefits. For Pay, we have no amount, so omit. For Schedule, we have dates of orientation and program; could be considered schedule? It's not a regular schedule but program dates. Might be considered schedule info. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting states orientation dates and program dates, which could be considered schedule. However "Schedule" heading usually refers to work schedule (e.g., full-time, part-time, shift). The posting includes Position Type: Temporary Full-Time, and dates. Could be considered schedule. But we might include a Schedule section with those dates. However we must avoid filler like "not specified". The dates are specific. So we could include a Schedule section with orientation and program dates. Qualifications: The "What We Are Looking For In You" includes experience and certifications. That could go under Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide which headings to use. The list of allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use multiple. We have About This Opportunity -> About the role. Key Responsibilities -> Responsibilities. What We Are Looking For In You -> could be Requirements (experience) and Qualifications (certifications). Could combine into Requirements. Physical Requirements And Working Conditions -> could be Requirements or maybe Skills? It's physical requirements; could be under Requirements. Why Work For Us -> maybe not a standard heading; could be omitted or put under About the role? But we have no Benefits section; we could incorporate that into About the role? However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we keep About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including experience, certifications, physical requirements), and Schedule (orientation/program dates). That's four sections. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract substantive content: About This Opportunity paragraph: "Supports and coordinates the functions of the Conservatory Music and Arts program; ensures the quality of programs and safety of youth at all times; provides guidance and role modeling to youth and ensures safety and a positive experience for campers." Key Responsibilities list (many bullet-like sentences). We need to convert to
- . Ensure we keep all responsibilities.
What We Are Looking For In You:
"Six months experience teaching music, with the ability to perform and teach lessons in a classroom setting involving more than one student preferred, or Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities."
"Licenses and Certifications CPR and First Aid Certification"
Physical Requirements And Working Conditions:
"Some physical requirements of the Camp Conservatory Music Jr. Instructor position could be endurance including climbing, standing, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to manipulate activities are required. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate camper activities/programs and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Have a willingness to live in a camp setting and work irregular hours delivering a program in the facility available. Operate with daily exposure to the sun and heat and varying environmental conditions."
Why Work For Us paragraph: we could incorporate into About the role? But maybe we can add a section "About the role" already includes the description; we could add a short paragraph about why work for us as part of About the role? However the instruction says do not repeat job title as heading; but we can include extra paragraphs under About the role. It's okay to have multiple
under a heading. Additional Information: orientation dates, program dates, note about inability to work entire program session, religious mission statement (should we keep? It's substantive but maybe considered boilerplate? It's about religious mission; might be considered part of the job description. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Religious mission statement is not exactly those; it's about the organization's mission. Might be considered substantive. However it's also somewhat boilerplate but could be kept. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep it unless it's clearly boilerplate like EEO. The religious mission statement: "All employees recognize that The Salvation Army is a church and agree that they will do nothing as an employee of The Salvation Army to undermine its religious mission." That's substantive to the job. We could keep it under About the role or a separate section? There's no heading for mission; we could put under About the role as additional paragraph. Application instructions etc should be removed. Job Details: Job Family FL-EXEMPT Job Function Camp Pay Type Salary Employment Indicator Seasonal. This includes Pay Type Salary (no amount) and Employment Indicator Seasonal. Could be considered schedule? But we already have schedule via dates. Might be redundant. We could ignore Job Details as it's mostly metadata. We also have location and posted date; we can include a short
at top. Now produce HTML. Structure:
