Camp Manager - October Half Term
Reporting to: Operations Manager | Seasonal work available during school holidays (Easter, Summer, and half terms).
Schedule
8am – 6pm weekdays. Full season or part season roles available.
Pay
£121.41 - £152.76 per day (inclusive of holiday pay, based on a 9.5-hour day). Pay is calculated based on age, experience, and qualifications.
About the role
The Camp Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of our multi-activity holiday childcare programmes, ensuring the welfare and safety of children on camp at all times. We seek enthusiastic and experienced professionals to uphold our commitment to "Inspire Children Every Day."
You will manage, motivate, and support your staff team to create fun and exciting holiday camps that promote participation, structure, care, and development. Responsibilities include ensuring the successful execution of all policies and procedures, liaising with parents, school representatives, and Head Office, and contributing to the high standard of physical, emotional, and social care offered by Ultimate Activity Camps.
This is a busy but rewarding and varied role where the experience of parents and children depends on your leadership.
